We are happy to exchange or refund non-personalized purchases that are returned within 15 days of purchase, product must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
If you have received an item that has been damaged during delivery please contact customer service at contact@icanengrave.com and provide your order number and photographs of the item.
Returned packages due to incorrect address, unclaimed/undeliverable packages are responsibility of the buyers to re-ship out.
